Website Maintenance
Descriptions of services include the following.
- Update website content at client’s request.
- Setup email accounts as needed.
- Maintain shopping cart.
- Maintain client’s databases on hosting site.
- Create new website pages as needed by the client.
- Upload company graphics to the hosting site.
- Monitor and update SEO (Search Engine Optimization) information for higher page rankings.
- Monitor website statistics to view which pages are being viewed the most.
Pricing Schedule
- $50.00 monthly fee includes up to two hours of services. Extra hours billed at $25.00 p/hr.
- $25.00 per hour with a one hour minimum for services.
- No long term contracts to sign.
Benefits of the Monthly Fee
- No limit on changes within the two allocated hours.
- Without the Monthly Maintenance Program, you pay by the hour and if one project takes 20mins, you still get charged for the full one hour. Two projects that may take only 40mins would cost you $50.00 so any other changes would bump you over the two hours Monthly Maintenance Program Fee.
- Constant website maintenance will help with page rankings with the most popular search engines. Increased rankings will increase website hits which will increase sales and popularity.
- Allows the current employee who is maintaining the website to focus on their regular routine and will reduce the extra time spent on maintaining the website.
